Polyethylene (PE) is used for common flexible tubes. Polypropylene (PP) is used for rigid tubes for better chemical resistance. PE plastic has better UV resistance than PP.
Optional EVOH layer can be added for products requiring better barrier resistance for oxygen, other environment gases and volatile products.

Tube Shape:*
Choose the type of tube (round or oval).

Body Color:
Choose body color. White body is the most common for offset printing. Dark body requires silkscreen printing.
Tube Printing:
Offset is more versatile and cost-effective. Silkscreen is for texture text. Dual is a combination of offset and silkscreen. Maximum for offset is 8, silkscreen is 4.
Tube Finish:
Choose glossy, matte or none.
Foil Stamp:
Silver or gold foil stamping availiable in stock. Other custom color foil can be requested for special orders.
Tube Orifice:
Safety Seal:
Use small orifice for low viscousity content. 3mm is most common for lotion and gel-like content. 5mm orifice is recommended for high viscosity contents like mask and thick paste.
Lid Type:
Regular screw cap is the most common. Flip-top cap provides convenience to consumers. Custom lids will be used for specialty tubes. Unibody lids will be part of tube.
Lid Color:
Specify the lid color. Common colors are white, clear and black. Custom CMYK or Pantone color caps are available for minimum order quantity of 10,000pcs.
Lid Foil Stamp:
Optional foil stamp (silver, gold or custom color) can be added around the lid.
